Noctua NH-D15S Chromax Black CPU cooler - 140mm

The CPU coolers from Noctua have already impressed several times in various test reports with their very good cooling performance. The workmanship of the NH-D15S chromax.black ties in seamlessly with the excellent quality of its predecessors. The connections of the heat pipes and fins are soldered and the plates are additionally braced at the edges. With its wider heatpipe layout and the 140 mm Noctua NF-A15 chromax.black fan with PWM support for fully automatic speed control, the Noctua NH-D15S chromax.black can further improve the efficiency of the NH-D14, which has won many awards. With these tricks Noctua achieves particularly good stability and durability.

The NH-D15S chromax.blackcomes with a 140 mm fan. In combination with the two massive cooling towers, the Noctua NH-D15S chromax.black achieves a brutal and hard-to-beat cooling performance in this way. In addition, a voltage adapter is included, which reduces the speed from 1,500 to 1,200 rpm and thus also the volume significantly. The fan is connected via 4-pin PWM.

The manufacturer has 6 heat pipes to quickly direct the waste heat away from the processorinstalled. The 150 mm wide cooling fins and a larger distance between the heat pipes compared to the standard D15 maximize the cooling performance. The processor cooler is suitable for RAM with a height of up to 65 mm. Due to the asymmetrical structure, the cooler usually does not protrude over the top slot for expansion cards, despite its dimensions. The D15S therefore combines top performance at low volume with significantly improved memory and mainboard compatibility.
