Delivery Options

The most common problem with shopping online is receiving the delivery. We want our customers to enjoy their shopping experience and we are pleased to offer a range of delivery services to suit their personal needs.

Once your order is placed, you can track this anytime via your account page or using our order tracking page when using our DPD or DHL tracked delivery services.

Please note that delivery services are subject to availability in your area, extenuating circumstances, and our usual terms and conditions apply. Additionally, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If you are unsure, contact our customer service team who will be pleased to help you.

UK and Ireland Delivery Options

Brexit and Republic of Ireland: Due to restrictions imposed by import processes, we are no longer able to charge Irish VAT on orders. Customers will be contacted by the carrier to arrange payment of the relevant import taxes prior to delivery.

DPD

A charge for an additional parcel occurs when the items in the basket total more than 30kg, or a large item is added to the basket which would need to go in a separate parcel such as, but not limited to, a chair, desk, monitor, case or PC system.

You do not have to wait in all day for your Overclockers UK order to arrive. DPD Predict will send you an email or text with a one-hour delivery window. If the delivery date is not convenient, you can use text or email to change it.

Some services may not be available during busy periods and will be removed during checkout. Note that orders have a cut-off time of 4pm to qualify for relevant delivery. Products which are built or bought to order, digital, or over 25kg are not available for next day delivery but will be dispatched as possible on a next day delivery service

• Next Day - delivery in the UK before close of business the following working day.
• Two Day - two-day delivery to remote areas, offshore islands, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
• 10:30 and 12:00 - your parcels arrive by 10:30am or Noon the next working day.
• Saturday - your order will ship on Friday for delivery on Saturday.
• Sunday - your order will ship on Friday or Saturday for delivery on Sunday.

Royal Mail

Some services may not be available during busy periods and will be removed during checkout. Note that orders have a cut-off time of 3pm to qualify for relevant delivery.

Click and Collect

• Order online and select ‘Collect’ from Overclockers UK HQ. Stoke-on-Trent
• Orders can only be placed using Debit or Credit card. If you wish to pay using PayPal, Amazon or finance please select a home delivery option.
• You will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready to collect. Please ensure you have received this email before arriving.
• Collections available Monday to Saturday: 09:00 - 16:30
