The Strimer Plus is the latest version of Lian Li's RGB LED illuminated power extension cable. The Strimer Plus integrates a standard 8-pin power extension cable with LED lighting strips (making a total of 108 LEDs available). As a result it is capable of displaying multiple colours and illumination effects.
The Strimer Plus is a great way to enhance your PC with RGB LED illumination. Lian Li have combined a standard 8 pin connector with a series of LED strips. The strips contain a total of 108 LEDs that, when illuminated, generates an array striking colours and effects.
Since the Strimer Plus uses a 8 pin connector it is compatible with most GPUs and functions as a standard power extension cable (with and RGB twist).
Control the Strimer Plus's LEDs with the included controller or a compatible motherboard via its 3-pin 5v ARGB header.

Not sure if it's a desogn flaw or I got a faulty one but due to the bend which is the nature of this cable, the light does not shine through the bend. I would send back and get the v2 version that seems to have fixed this issue
I absolutely love this product, it looks great and is easy to use. Additionally, I live in the USA and was worried about how long shipping might take. But there was no need to worry because it got here in just a few days. They even threw some candy in the the package and it just so happened to be my favorite candy from my time in Europe. If i could give more that 5 stars I would.
