This GPU was a part of a new build, coming from a 3770k with an asus 1660 super, as s to be expected, the performance boost is huge. The card runs silently with a max temp of around 61c(winter now). Just holding the card tells you it is made from quality materials, the bonus sag support device is something I used from the start. Zero issues with the power connector. Thanks to overclockers for the swift dispatch!

I bought this to replace my 3070 with something that had a more generous amount of VRAM onboard. So far I am very happy. I did briefly (for a couple of weeks) own the Asus Tuf version of the Radeon 7800XT - but had numerous issues with Code 43 and Code 31 issues in Windows. Tried everything, DDU, checking power cables, updating BIOS, uninstalling and reinstalling chipset drivers but after a couple of weeks was fed up of turning on the PC and it being a gamble whether or not the AMD drivers would load and my card be recognised or whether the monitor would wake from sleep. Returned the card (not bought from OCUK) and got a refund. This was somewhat more expensive, but it literally was a plug and play experience. I gave AMD a go, but will be sticking with Nvidia for the forseeable future. Am very happy with this Tuf version - reliable, overkill cooler and power draw is not really much different from the 7800XT.
