With no detail too small, the teal and black theme from the case extends to the RGB lighting, liquid coolant, and custom braided cables. The 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 may be mini, but it packs a punch!

To create out-of-this-world performance, the 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 has been armed with premium hardware. On top of this, the processor is overclocked by 8Pack himself, utilising OC Switcher to maximise both gaming and multicore performance. A dynamic overclock causes the frequency to change depending on use and demand. With such fine-tuned performance, the sky’s the limit!
The chosen processor inside the 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 is the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X. With its twelve cores and twenty-four threads, this processor can easily handle multi-tasking, elite-tier gaming, and content creation. Its Zen 4 architecture primes this processor for high-performance and great efficiency.
The foundation to the 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 is an ASUS ROG Strix X670E-I Mini-ITX Motherboard. This small form factor motherboard was chosen for its appropriate size and capacity to support high-performance hardware. It is inverted within the case to give a more eye-catching aesthetic and aid the layout of the custom loop cooling.
As standard, the 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 utilises an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 graphics card, which has also been water cooled and overclocked. Armed with NVIDIA’s Ada Lovelace architecture, this high-performance graphics card can easily handle demanding AAA games and intensive 3D rendering. The graphics card is, again, inverted, with a plexi-glass panel above it to showcase the custom water block.
To support all your gaming and content creating needs, the 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 has been equipped with premium RAM modules and multiple storage drives. As standard, this gaming PC utilises Corsair Vengeance RGB EXPO DDR5 Dual-Channel memory, with 64GB fine-tuned to frequencies of 5600MHz.
Maximising speed and capacity, the 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 has solid state drives for both the primary and secondary storage solutions. As standard, the included drives are a WD Black SN850X 1TB NVMe SSD and a Samsung 870 QVO 4TB 2.5” SSD. Thanks to their incredible read and write speeds, you can say goodbye to slow boot times and long loading screens. Once again, the storage configuration is flexible and these drives can be replaced with capacities to suit your needs.
One of the stand-out features on the 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 is its custom water-cooling system. Teaming up with EK Water Blocks, this system utilises hard tubing, satin-finish fittings, and a custom-mixed turquoise liquid coolant to elevate the futuristic aesthetic. Complete with hexagonal cut-out ventilation in the form of an eight.
With the hardware operating at peak performance, the cooling system needs to keep up. A D5 pump was purposely chosen for its more reliable flow, improving heat transfer efficiency. The reservoir for this unit is built into the motherboard tray whilst fluid is channelled through the custom 8Pack branded distro plate. These distro plates are manufactured from engineer-grade acetal, for enhanced durability as well as phenomenal looks.
To further enhance cooling performance, the 8Pack Meteoroid utilises dual-radiators to efficiently vent heat out of the case. Both are 360mm radiators from Corsair Hydro X Series range, equipped with three fans each.
As with all 8Pack builds, there are many great customisation options with the 8Pack Meteoroid MK2. Unique to this machine, however, is the ability to customise the case, itself. The Mini-ITX case is made in-house, from either acrylic, carbon fibre, or aluminium. Choose whichever material suits your needs best. Alternatively, there is the option to mix and match, utilising panels made from the different materials across the chassis.
The 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 can take full advantage of the printer at Overclockers UK. You have the option to print a stylish circuit design onto the panels, with the process curing the image for amazing colour definition. Should you wish to have your own design featured on the case, this can be organised. The printer works with select vector files, and we require your image to not infringe on copyright laws. With our custom printing, you can truly make the 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 Gaming PC your own.
Completing the futuristic aesthetic is the inclusion of RGB lighting. The 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 features lighting accessories from Lazer3D and Mayhems. Out of the box, the RGB lighting illuminates the case in a blue glow with additional white LEDs to highlight the hardware. These LED strips can be dimmed for a moodier ambiance.
Finally, the 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 has been decked out with 8Pack’s favourite custom cables. These have been custom braided in teal, grey, and black to match the overall aesthetic. Their colour scheme can be adjusted, to meet your requirements.
Each 8Pack Meteoroid MK2 comes with its own flight case, for secure transit.
