I ordered this prebuilt but wanted to opt for a larger case. Customer service was really helpful and on the ball helping me with this and installing extra fans as well! Received the PC with all the packaging for further use and before Christmas Day! Wire work is well done and the computer runs like a dream, perfect PC!
I ordered this prebuild on a Monday and had it at my door on the Friday morning. Unfortunately after a couple of days the power supply inside did blow quite spectacularly rendering the PC unusable. I called support and got straight through with 0 wait time, explained the issue and within 5 minutes had a same day RMA to get it sent back to be looked at. When sending this back I was told that due to overwhelming demand repair times were upwards of 14 days, however I had it back ready to go in 5. More importantly they upgraded the standard PSU at no charge in an attempt to guarantee no further issues. Since receiving it back there have been 0 issues, running any game you can think of on maximum settings with no problems at all. Great system and even better customer service
